The modern open kitchen is fully equipped, including a combi-oven, dishwasher, and espresso machine. Adjacent is the dining area with comfortable seating.

There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, and two bedrooms each with two single beds. The luxurious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a double sink. Additionally, there are two separate toilets in the apartment.
