Ground floor: living & relaxing
As soon as you step inside, you will experience the open and warm atmosphere of the villa. The spacious living area invites you to enjoy long, relaxing moments together, featuring an atmospheric fireplace and large doors opening onto the terrace. Outside, a green oasis awaits with comfortable garden furniture, where you can start the day with the sound of birds and end it beneath a starry sky.

The luxury kitchen is a place where cooking becomes an experience. Equipped with high-quality appliances and an Illy espresso machine, it is the ideal space to cook and dine together. 

On the ground floor, there is also a comfortable bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a soothing rain shower and Sunshower. 

First floor: peace & space to dream away
Upstairs, you will find two atmospheric bedrooms, each designed to ensure a good night’s sleep. The wellness area on this floor is the absolute highlight of your stay. Let all tension melt away in the whirlpool, fully unwind in the traditional sauna, and enjoy the ultimate holiday feeling. An additional toilet and washbasin complete this floor. 

Extra comfort
When making your reservation, you can indicate personal preferences, such as a specific location or a villa where your dog is welcome. Some villas are equipped with air conditioning and can, subject to availability, be booked for an additional fee via reception. 

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the park, bookings by groups of young people are unfortunately not permitted.

You will stay at Hof van Salland, a luxurious and small-scale holiday park in Hellendoorn, set in the green landscape of Salland. Upon arrival, you will immediately experience the peace, space, and nature that characterize this park. The comfortable facilities make your stay extra pleasant.
