This stylish 4-person apartment is located just 250 metres from the beach, in a small-scale complex at the foot of the dune crossing in Dishoek. Its green and quiet location ensures a wonderful holiday atmosphere, with plenty of comfort and high-quality finishes.

Accommodation: Apartment 13A features a modern living room with a gas fireplace, two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and spacious terraces at the front and rear.

With its 90 m² of space, the apartment is generously laid out and tastefully furnished,  perfect for a relaxing holiday. The large living room includes a comfortable sitting area with a luxurious sofa bed, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. The adjacent dining area connects to a modern open kitchen, fully equipped with a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, hob, combi microwave oven, and dishwasher, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together.

There are two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a private bathroom with a shower and sink. There's also a separate toilet and a laundry area with a washing machine. Both the living room and bedrooms have access to two large terraces, one at the front and one at the back,  perfect for enjoying the sun at any time of day and relaxing outdoors.

The apartment is completely smoke-free and pet-free. Children are welcome, but there are no special facilities for small children up to 2 years old. The use of an electric barbecue is allowed, ideal for cosy summer evenings.
