The 'Stalen Boshuis' is located in a beautiful spot in Brabant, where you can enjoy walking and cycling. The holiday home is luxuriously and modernly furnished and made of corten steel. The owners' passion for spatial design and art is reflected in all aspects. The architecture and interior design incorporate steel, concrete, and glass, combined with modern comfort. The result is surprising and unique, in harmony with the rural surroundings.

The house is located on the Bergvliet estate, which also features an 18-hole golf course and the new luxury spa-wellness resort Spa One. The house is not part of the Bergvliet villas recreational park, but is a private residence located in a different part of the estate.

The large windows provide a beautiful view of the terrace and the rural surroundings. From the house, you can enjoy lovely walking and cycling tours over the Vrachelse heath. There is also a restaurant at the golf course where you can enjoy drinks, lunch, or dinner. And if you want to explore the area? The culinary city of Breda is about a 10-minute drive away, as well as Efteling or a boat trip in the National Park de Biesbosch nearby.

The entire property is single-level, without thresholds, and features a seamless poured floor with underfloor heating throughout. The entrance hall includes a wardrobe area and a separate toilet. The living room is stylishly furnished with modern furniture, including a lounge sofa, gas fireplace, widescreen TV, and a sound system (with music channels and the option to stream music via smartphone). The living room is also equipped with air conditioning. A full-length glass façade floods the space with natural light. On sunny days, the doors can be opened, providing direct access to the terrace. The terrace features a concrete dining table with matching concrete seating and two sun loungers. For warm days, there is also a steel outdoor soaking tub and an outdoor shower. Part of the garden is bordered by natural sun screening made of corten steel and willow, which can be opened up to create a larger garden area. 

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a large concrete worktop, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave/oven combination, Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), and kettle. A wooden dining table with four chairs is provided. The front terrace is adjacent to the kitchen, and here too the sliding doors can be opened. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the morning sun, with two chairs available for your comfort. 

The first bedroom features a double bed, safe, storage space for clothing, and air conditioning. A bathtub is located within the bedroom itself. Around the corner, you will find a separate area with a walk-in rain shower and double washbasin. There is also a separate toilet. 

The second bedroom is located near the entrance. It features twin beds (single mattresses and duvets) and ample hanging and shelf space for your clothing. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower, double washbasin, and toilet. In addition, there is a storage room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. 

Outside, you will find a Finnish sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. The hot tub is covered and can be used year-round (except during periods of severe frost). Firewood is available for an additional charge. The use of wood collected from the forest is not permitted.

• The house is located in a wooded area, allowing you to experience nature up close. 
• It is equipped with all possible luxuries, but Mother Nature also provides sounds from the forest, insects in or around the house, and blades of grass between the tiles. 
• Children are welcome; however, there are no facilities for children in the house (no toys or children's dishware, no crib and high chair). 
• Small playground at the estate's restaurant (1 minute walk away).
• Due to the peace, the house is not rented to young people. 
• Next to the 'Stalen Boshuis' is the 'Betonnen Boshuis' and the new 'Houten Boshuis' with hot tub. Each house is on its own plot and accommodates 4 people. The houses are not part of the Bergvlietvilla's recreation park. 
• This location may not be used for parties, photo, film, or video recordings, or other commercial purposes without consultation. In case of violation, a fine of € 3000 per day will be charged.
