Welcome! This holiday home by the sea is ideal for your beach holiday. Step inside and be enchanted by the partial view of the North Sea. You can feel at home on two floors. While the upper floor is all about relaxation and a good night's sleep, you can enjoy time together on the ground floor with film evenings on the sofa and cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen. The detached holiday home is very comfortably furnished. The large windows in the holiday home provide plenty of light and a cosy atmosphere.
You can enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and delicious meals in the open air on the two terraces. The location of the holiday home is truly fantastic, as it is situated on the beach and close to the centre of Egmond aan Zee.
The old fishing village of Egmond aan Zee is now a well-known seaside resort on the North Holland coast. Enjoy the wonderful combination of beach, dunes, sea and old forests. In the centre you will find many facilities that make the village very lively. Outside the cosy centre is a beautiful nature area where you can make beautiful walks and bike rides. Recreational facilities such as tennis courts, a golf course, horse riding, deep-sea fishing and museums are nearby. In addition, Alkmaar is within easy reach for visits.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
