Description
This vacation home near Umag consists of 2 spacious units: one on the first floor and one on the second floor. External stairs connect the floors. It is ideally suited for a large family or group of friends and offers enough space for common but also private hours. The 30 square meter pool in the garden offers welcome refreshment on hot days. With a good book and a cool drink you can then relax on the sun loungers. Take a trip to the typical Croatian small town of Umag, only 9 km away. Here, wine growing and tourism are among the main sources of income. Umag is especially popular with tourists because of the wide range of sports and leisure activities on offer. Every year in summer the famous tennis tournament 'ATP Croatian Open' is held here.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
