You have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilets, in the kitchen modern comforts and outside a garden with lawn and garden furniture. The house is an ideal base to visit the beautiful wild western tip of Brittany; there are rocky paths, beaches for swimming and surfing, small fishing villages and nature reserves. Pointe du Raz, the western tip of the country, is a must visit, as is the picture perfect village of Locronan. NB: On the property open steps with a railing only on one side.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
