It is only 2.5 km to the beautiful sandy beaches. For diversion, there is also a choice of water sports activities, hikes in the Haut-Languedoc Nature Park or a boat trip on the Canal of the South with its nine locks. Enjoy a glass of wine on the Place de la Comédie in the middle of the historic city of Montpellier and stroll through the unique old town of Carcassonne, which with its fortifications is one of the most beautiful of its kind in the world and is sure to delight any lover of old walls. For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
