Vacation home with pool on the private island of Albarella, in the lagoon south of Venice, in the regional park of the Po Delta . Over 4 km of free and well-equipped sandy beaches with a variety of events and programs for children. The pictures are only sample pictures.

A wide range of sports activities such as 18-hole golf course, tennis, horseback riding, archery, mini golf, bowling, aerobics, jogging, skating, basketball, volleyball, tennis, soccer, table tennis, beach volleyball, beach volleyball, beach soccer, water aerobics, swimming, outdoor gymnastics, sailing, windsurfing, fishing and deep sea fishing. There is a ban on driving cars on the island. You can walk or use the bicycle. During the day there is also a small electric train. Ideal for families with children.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
