The property on a quiet cul-de-sac is ideally located to discover Cannes, take advantage of the fine sandy beaches, stroll along the Boulevard de la Croisette and climb the famous steps of the Palais des Festivals. Here you will spend a dream vacation in a unique and sunny region. Two private and free parking spaces just in front of the house. The swimming pool is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Upon prior request, it can also be used on weekends. On request and for a fee: barbecue, crib and high chair.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
