Upon entering Es Socorrat, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your home features a mixture of modern furniture and charming country-style details. White walls, tiled floors and light-coloured ceiling beams make for a pleasant living experience. Large windows fill the room with light and offer breathtaking views. The layout includes a dining area with fantastic sea views, a separate dining room and a cosy living room. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities for preparing delicious meals. The accommodation has three beautifully decorated bedrooms and two modern bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay.
Around a pretty pool, you can enjoy your privacy on comfortable sun loungers and look forward to relaxing siestas in the shade. Several terrace areas are equipped with comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing. The surrounding countryside is ideal for long walks and explorations and cars can be parked conveniently right next to the house.
The view is simply fantastic. From the pretty finca Es Socorrat, you can not only look out over the greenery, but also the glittering sea in the distance and the picturesque harbour of Portocolom. The charming fishing village is only approx. 5 km away and Cala Marçal beach is approx. 6 km away.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
