This beautiful apartment is located about 8 km from Borgomanero and 4 km from the famous lake D'Orta. An outdoor area is equipped with tables and chairs for your relaxation after interesting excursions. Lake Orta offers you a spectacular natural scenery and romantic villages, including Omegna and Orta San Giulio, where, in addition to the characteristic squares and alleys, you can discover stores selling local specialties and enjoy the view of the lake while sipping an aperitif or a cappuccino. Visit also the small island of San Giulio with the Basilica of San Giulio, a small Romanesque church. On the western shore of the lake you can visit the ancient village of Pella, while a few kilometers from the lake you can taste excellent wines made with regional products in the wineries. Milan, with its imposing cathedral and shopping streets, is only 40 km away. About 120 km away is Turin, the first capital of Italy, with a wide range of monuments and museums, especially the famous Egyptian Museum and the Royal Palace of Venaria Reale. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
