This is a beautiful old vacation home. The house has a large garden, several outdoor areas, a beautiful sea view and it is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach. There is good fishing here for those who want to test their fishing luck. The property is centrally located but undisturbed and is suitable for families. The cottage has good sun conditions and borders cultivated fields. Worth a visit is the picturesque coastal town of Farsund, which due to its hilly location has about 20 public staircases, the oldest of which dates from the end of the 18th century.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
