Description
Very beautiful and charming architect vacation home from 2020 on a natural plot, only 400 meters from the beautiful, child-friendly sandy beach and only 900 meters from the cozy Snogebæk with stores, kiosks and restaurants.
If you want to really enjoy your vacation, you can already look forward to this luxury house. Here you can expect modern interior and a beautiful, consistently carried out with delicious materials both outside and inside. In the kitchen you can develop culinary according to your own wishes, because you will not lack equipment. With two ovens, you can also easily invite your friends for a big meal, or maybe you should celebrate Christmas here this year? In the living room you have plenty of space around the dining table and when you're done with a long walk by the sea, you can lie down on the sofa and relax nicely. On cool days you can warm yourself by the fireplace and make it cozy here.
In summer you can walk directly from the beach to your home in your swimsuit and rinse off the sand at the outdoor shower. You can enjoy nature very well on the 100 m2 partly covered wooden terrace, which is fully protected from view and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
Snogebæk has much to offer for a carefree and pleasant vacation many things. From a beautiful sandy beach to the charming harbor with the fine old wooden bridge and nice flea markets, modern smokehouse and the beautiful Povls church in Romanesque architectural style. The house is located in the southeastern part of the Bornholm coast and you are therefore not far from all the beautiful sights in Nexø and the beautiful beach of Dueodde.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
