This cottage is located on a farm, just outside Ystad, in Wallander country. The sea is not far away, the sandy beaches as well, but if you like to catch salmon, this domicile is also ideal for the vacation. You can play golf at the nearby Åbbekås golf course. Nice excursion destinations are Kåseberga and Ales Stenar. Sparkling wine, made by the champagne method, you can taste in Köpingsberg. The garden at the cottage is very suitable for dozing and barbecue.

Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
