You occupy the entire 1st floor in the house and an additional bedroom with toilet on the ground floor. The apartment can not be locked. The Grossarl Valley offers many recreational opportunities for an active vacation in summer. If you just want to enjoy the vacation, you can go on hikes to the numerous alpine pastures or walks along the beautiful valley floor. Mountain bike trails are available. A swimming pool for refreshment on hot summer days is only a few minutes away. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes by the house at a distance of only 60 meters. The large ski area of the Grossarl Valley is also quickly reached and you can find there varied slopes for every beginner and expert. Washing m. gg. Fee. Bread roll service possible.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
