From the kitchen-living room and the fireplace room on the ground floor you enter directly into the garden seating area in front of it. On the 1st floor, which can be entered directly from the side of the former mill basin, there is a second central kitchen as well as bedrooms with bathroom, another bedroom with bathroom on the 2nd floor. The furnishings are functional in rustic Tuscan style. Crib on request. The house is adjacent to ITS971. Nearby destinations: Pienza (15 km) and the picturesque Orcia Valley, the warm thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni (25 km). Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.

Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
