Description
The beautiful vacation house is on two floors and is located with a beautiful view of the sea and the countryside in the town of Senj. The house is located in a quiet area. That's why you will spend most of your time on the large terrace, because you can enjoy sunbathing and preparing barbecue meals on it. The floors are connected by external stairs. In Senj, in front of a crystal clear water, there are concrete beaches, but also rocky and pebble beaches. In summer, fish restaurants, bars and discos are open. There is also a well-known summer carnival. The fortress Nehaj, which towers over the city, is famous for the children's novel "Red Zora", which was filmed here.

Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
