It has a well-equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace. The sun terraces (west/east) always offer a wind-protected spot. On cooler days, the bright garden room is ideal for sunbathing. Wellness offers whirlpool and sauna. From the house you can enjoy peace, nature and the widest beach in Northern Europe. It is located near a horse paddock on a private road with little traffic and has a large garden with plenty of space for children. In the adjacent forest you can watch the deer early in the morning. The bakery is less than 5 minutes away.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
