Enjoy the spicy air outdoors on the large, partially covered terrace, which frames almost the entire vacation home. A cozy fireplace awaits you in the living room with an open roof design. The bathroom is exclusive and equipped with a 1-person whirlpool, a sauna and underfloor heating. An outdoor hot tub is at your disposal throughout the year. It is about 200 m to your own boat and jetty, due to lack of space you can neither bring your own boat, nor rent another boat. Excursions: Moose parks in Elinge and Laganland, Älmhuslt Ikeamuseum and golf course, Langans golf course, Halmstads beach 65 km, Båstad at 95 km. For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
