Cozy cottage with beautiful location on dune property bordering a heath with a view of dunes. The house is interesting and functionally furnished and offers many cozy details. It is bright and everywhere there is a friendly ambience. Quality has been emphasized. Only 500 meters from the house is the North Sea which is interesting in every season. Enjoy hiking, sunbathing, swimming and kite flying here. In the area are a horse riding center available and a surfing beach available, there are miles of bike paths and many excursion destinations. Will you have an active vacation or will you just relax and enjoy the nature and the facilities of the house? You are very welcome. The nearest town is Hvide Sande with a cozy harbor, interesting specialty stores, good restaurants and cafes.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
