This beautiful vacation home was completely renovated in 2005 and built from good materials. It is located in the 3rd row and 60 m from a popular swimming beach. It is furnished with four good bedrooms and two nice bathrooms, one of them with whirlpool, sauna and bidet. There is WiFi in the house and it has exclusively pretty marble and clinker floors with underfloor heating. The house is heated with central heating (oil). From the cozy kitchen/dining area you have access to the terrace. The house is situated on a screened garden plot, in the attractive vacation home area Tørresø north of Odense. A house for vacation in any season.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
