Description
Haus Seerose: This modern and lovingly furnished holiday home of the "Seeliebe" type on Süssau beach extends over two floors. You can always find a sunny spot to relax on the terrace, on the balcony on the first floor and, of course, in the garden. The Baltic Sea beach is just a few steps away, and in the cooler months you can warm up in the sauna after a walk on the beach before spending a cosy evening in front of the crackling open fire in the living room.
Outside, the highlight of the house is a beach chair where you can make yourself comfortable. Enjoy the sun's rays and your first coffee in the morning in the sheltered beach chair.
The Süssau beach is a long natural beach, most of which is also open to dogs. It is located in the 'fair-weather corner' of Ostholstein near the island of Fehmarn. There is plenty of space for children to let off steam and a large playground is also available to guests directly behind the dyke.
For anglers, the Süssau beach offers a unique stretch of sea trout.
And should the weather not play along, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode, the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and 'Noah's Ark'. Denmark is also just a stone's throw away.
Well-developed cycle paths open up the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein to you. You can hire bikes directly on site.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
