Cozy cottage with good standard, quiet and scenic location at the tree line on the slope of Näsfjället.

Here beautiful hiking trails, wide views, babbling brooks and bogs attract you. In Sörsjön (about 10 km away) there is a swimming lake, fishing waters, a well-stocked store and a restaurant. Further away is the Fulufjället National Park with a popular destination, Njupeskär, Sweden's highest waterfall. In Sälenfjällen there are other activities, such as golf, pool swimming and bowling in Stöten and beautiful mountain bike trails in Rörbäcksnäs.

Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking

If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
