Perfect for a family or a group of friends who want to vacation together. A highlight is definitely the view from the house to the lake and into the beautiful, green garden with plenty of space to play and spend time in the fresh air. In and around the lake you can swim or fish and with a little luck you will catch a pike, perch or a zander. You can then cut up your catch right at the house and prepare it on the house's grill.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
