The location is secluded and on a forest path. The forest is well stocked with blueberries, cloudberries, cranberries and edible mushrooms. Great chances to spot a moose! 14 km away invites the Vänern for swimming and fishing. Lake Gapern is 10 km away, it is also suitable for an extensive fishing. For shopping, dining and sightseeing Karlstad and Kristinehamn are 30 km away.

If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
