This vacation home is located near one of Denmark's best beaches with dunes and sandy beaches. The house has a beautiful kitchen in combination with a dining / living room with wood stove. From the living roomwith open roof ridge and beautiful light coming in through the large windows to the garden, you can access the open and covered terrace. Here you have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun to the fullest. In addition, the house has a beautiful master bedroom with access to the bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, hallway and 2 other good rooms and a nice bathroom with spa, sauna and shower.
The nature is beautiful and shaped by the influence of the ice age on the landscape. For anglers the area is an Eldorado, but you can also buy freshly caught fish at the harbor in Havneby. It is 15 minutes drive to Sommerland Sjælland with many amusements.
You live close to three golf courses, Odsherred Zoo in Asnæs, Dragsholm Castle from the 13th century and much more.
Also worth a visit is the town of Nykøbing Sjælland, which offers numerous shopping opportunities with several supermarkets and a cozy pedestrian zone with specialty stores and cafes. Or visit Rørvig and enjoy the atmosphere at the harbor.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
