Description
If you are looking for peace and quiet in undisturbed nature and comfort in a bright and friendly cottage, then you need look no further. Here you will find both. An architecturally exciting cottage built of cedar wood and situated on a natural plot with among others mountain pine, heather, porst and creeping willow. From the house you have a unique panoramic view over the adjacent nature reserve, where you can indulge in the illusion of gazing over the African savannah with its varied animal life. It is a 2 minute walk to the deep silence of the forest and in 10 minutes you are at the beach with a view over Denmark's largest still active cutter fleet at Thorup Strand, where you can still buy fresh fish directly from the cutter. In the town of Fjerritslev (10 km) you will find among other things a nature center, a candy factory, bowling alley, 18 hole golf course and very good shopping. Here you will look long for disco music, neon lights and souvenir stores, instead you will find tranquility. The proud owners of the house welcome you to the Jammerbucht in Han Herred, the land between the sea and the fjord. Once you are there, take your time, a good life must be lived slowly! Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
