The beautiful vacation home in Le Porge welcomes you with a quiet location in a cozy village. Here you will find everything you need for a great vacation. A bike path through the forest to Cap Ferret starts right outside the front door, and in 20 minutes you can reach the ferry to Arcachon. If you fancy a dip in the sea, the coastal region with its beaches and popular surfing is just 6 km away.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
