In the spring of 2020, the house was updated with new furniture, a new bathroom with underfloor heating and many other improvements. Nice dining area in open connection to the kitchen, which is both functional and fully equipped. Nice large living room with comfortable furniture, wood stove and heat pump and with magnificent views and access to the completely undisturbed terrace area. Nice covered terrace and plenty of space for vacation fun and relaxation. If you like to grill, the gas grill of the house is ideal, it makes the preparation of holiday meals easy and fun. From this beautiful vacation home you are not far from beautiful nature, forest paths and good sandy beaches. Likewise, there are good bike paths and a nice 18-hole golf course nearby. Of course, there is also free internet and many modern facilities that make the house suitable for vacation stays regardless of the season.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
