If you want to take home unforgettable memories of your vacation, this is certainly the perfect destination for you: from here you can easily reach countless corners of Liguria that will impress you with their natural beauty. Genoa, with its historical center and the largest aquarium in Europe, is only 30 km away. For trekking lovers there are many hiking trails that start in the immediate vicinity, and for golf and tennis lovers there is a renowned club. The apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) and extends over two levels (mezzanine with double bed, max height 2 m). Small furnished balcony. You can easily reach the enchanting landscapes of the Cinque Terre villages by car, train or ferry (marina about 700 m from the accommodation). In the same house there are accommodations ILL259-260-264-265-267-300-398-793 and an apartment occupied by the owner of the house. Check-in is possible only from 16:00 to 18:00.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
