The estate produces excellent wines, oil, brandy and schnapps, which guests can taste and purchase on site. In the immediate vicinity you will find the beautiful castle of Querceto, one of the most important monuments in the Chianti area, whose wine cellars can be visited on request. Pool in common with a total of 12 apartments. Crib on request. The house can be reached by a natural road in good condition. Near the property runs the connecting road between Greve in Chianti and Figline Valdarno. Internet at the reception during opening hours, possibility of wine tasting and tour of the farm. On request and payable directly on site: Breakfast service, laundry, extra cleaning, linen change during the week. Arrival only 3pm-6pm. See ITC138, ITC139, ITC142 and ITC143.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
