The vacation house is built with high quality materials (ceramic floors from Vietri and parquet )and is located within a residential complex with tennis court, parking, footpath (for the more sporty) to the lido 800 meters away. The house is structured so that each room has its own sea view. On the first floor a panoramic living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom with shower; A spiral staircase leads to the second floor with a double bedroom (with electrically adjustable headboard) with private balcony with sea view, a small bedroom without door (separated by a curtain from the hallway) and without sea view from the window, bathroom with separate shower room.
