On one of the best nature plots in Houstrup lies this beautiful vacation home on two floors, spacious and very well furnished. This house enjoys a secluded location and is something for all ages. If you feel like swimming in the pool or relaxing in the jacuzzi, everything is here for you. With the many aids in the house, daily tasks are especially easy to do, so you'll also have plenty of time to get out into the beautiful nature that is right outside your front door. On the 1st floor there is an extra TV and games for children. There is a small freezer in the kitchen and a larger freezer in the tool shed. There is a beach volleyball court and trampoline on the large property. The house borders a coastal forest and you are quickly at the beach or in the forest Blåbjerg Klitplantage. Not far from the house you can ride Icelandic horses.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
