Known for its rich history, Pazin offers a glimpse into Istrian culture through its preserved medieval architecture and the impressive Pazin Castle, which overlooks the dramatic Pazin Cave, a natural wonder formed by the river that flows through it. Please note that this property can accommodate youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
