The ground floor with the tavern has a separate entrance and is connected to the first and second floor by external stairs. Internal stairs also lead from the first to the second floor. Relax on the terrace with pool in front of the second floor, where the recreation room is also located. Next to the house is the terrace with barbecue and view of vineyards. In front of the house is a traffic road and opposite is a parking lot. Imotski is about 7 km away and to the beautiful pebble beaches in Makarska you need about 20 minutes by car.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
