During your stay, you can explore the charming town of Nin, which is considered the oldest town in Croatia and one of the birthplaces of Croatian culture. The shallow bay not only offers you the best bathing conditions, but also healthy air and the famous healing mud of Queens Beach. In the immediate vicinity of the villa you will also find the sandy and pebble beach of drijac, which with its special shape surrounds the old town of Nin and invites you to spend relaxing days by the sea. You also have the opportunity to visit the historic city of Zadar with its wide range of tourist attractions, go on excursions to the islands of the Zadar archipelago or discover the impressive Kornati, Krka, Plitvice Lakes and Paklenica national parks.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
