Quiet and sunny country house with annexe, about 10 km from the spa town of Casciana Terme, high in the hills between Pisa and Volterra. Surrounded by a large property, you can walk or discover wild animals on the paths of about 8 km in the woods or among olive trees. Attractive is also the huge lawn around the pool and the beautiful view of the countryside. Garden sitting area in front of the two buildings. Further down the slope (at a distance of 3 km) is the agricultural part of the property with cattle breeding. Some tips for your day trips: Cecina Mare and its beautiful sandy beaches are only 25 km away, the Etruscan city of Volterra is 20 km away, Pisa 25 km. In nearby Casciana Terme you will find good restaurants and shopping of all kinds. Extra cleaning available on request and payable locally.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
