Outside you can make yourself comfortable in good garden furniture, invite your fellow travelers to play a round of pétanque and prepare treats on the grill. At Øer maritime Ferieby you have a number of activities at your disposal. Here you can use indoor swimming pool and sports hall, where there is a possibility for table tennis, volleyball, badminton, billiards or basketball. For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
