Step out onto the terrace with your first coffee in the morning, enjoy a few rays of sunshine and the scent of the forest, or end the day here with a glass of wine and tasty treats from the barbecue.
The location of the house is unique for fly fishermen with a pond with char, trout and rainbow trout a short distance from the house. Explore the beautiful nature on foot or by bike - numerous well signposted hiking and cycling trails lead through forests, meadows and past idyllic lakes. Lake Finjasjön invites you to spend relaxing hours swimming or fishing. If you are interested in history and culture, visit Hovdala Castle with its magnificent park or the regional museum in Hässleholm.

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
