Description
Beautiful cottage with open plan solution and large windows to the covered terrace with views of the beach and the Baltic Sea. On the same property is also the terrace of the owner. In the neighborhood is Löttorps Camping with excellent Restaurand and a restaurant open in the summer. There are also activities for all ages. If you want to drink good coffee, eat or shop, you can do all this in Löttorp. However, on the area has a small department store open in the summer. In the north of Öland you can experience the blooming of many orchids on the Neptuni meadows. In the south you will meet Borgholms Castle. From north to south you will also meet some golf courses. Öland also has an interesting artist life, as you will discover in countless studios. Across the island you will find several golf courses: Källatorp, Ekerum and Saxnäs.

Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
