You live in the quiet recreational house area of Hejlsminde, with an impressive view of the Little Belt. The house was thoroughly renovated in 2006, it offers them beautiful and functional. The large windows and high ceilings make for bright rooms. The view from the kitchen and living room is especially beautiful. In the cozy, bright conservatory you can sit for a long time in daylight. To the bedroom on the 1st floor belongs a balcony, here you can, when you drink the morning coffee your view of the sea. Because the large wooden terrace is placed elevated, you also have a beautiful view from it. . Hejlsminde is located on the Little Belt, a beautiful area with beach, forest and sights. In the village there is a nice marina. Also take advantage of the many good bike paths here. Not far from Hejlsminde are Skamlingsbanken, Christiansfeld (honey cake, tiled stoves and salami). Kolding also offers many experiences for children's families and art enthusiasts. For example, visit the museum Trapholt. There is also a play park, which is free. The city's pedestrian streets and the Kolding Storcenter shopping center make it a shopper's paradise. No matter what you are missing, you can find everything in Kolding. Here is also the old castle Koldinghus, it is absolutely worth to be seen.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
