From the kitchen-living room with wood-burning stove, which is very centrally placed in the house, you have access to a large bathroom with seawater whirlpool and sauna. From here you can also access several partially covered terraces and an undisturbed sun yard. Very centrally placed, bright kitchen area with all appliances. On the property is an annex with four sleeping places, suitable for young people who can be undisturbed here. On the property there are also swings, a sandbox and slides for the little ones, the adults can watch the children's activities from the large terrace with barbecue. For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
