Welcome to this beautiful vacation apartment on the first floor of a sea family house. The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, so you will not miss anything. Feel comfortable with your favorite person and enjoy your breakfast, with fruits from the garden, on the beautiful terrace with garden view.
The garden is beautiful and well-kept and you can prepare your favorite dishes on the brick barbecue and chat with the other guests of the house. There is another apartment in the house, which you can book if needed.
Pack your beach bag and head to the nearby pebble beach. Swim in the crystal clear sea water and snorkel. Here you can discover the underwater world of the Croatian Adriatic.
You can also make day trips to Trogir and Split. By car you can reach both cities quickly. Trogir attracts with its historic old town and the small streets, the old cathedral and the lively beach promenade. In Split you can easily spend hours shopping or swimming on beautiful beaches. Both cities offer you a rich gastronomic offer.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
