The activity room is huge 35 m² and it contains games like billiards and table tennis. The house is ideal for families, because next to the activity room there is also a pool section. The living room in the middle creates a good context and offers everyone a nice gathering space. To keep electricity costs down, there is a heat pump that heats the living room and pool. You look from the living area into the pool room. A bathroom is located in the pool room. Your children will surely enjoy spending time on the sleeping loft. The terrace on 150 m² also allows for wind-protected areas. In the garden you can watch deer, squirrels and birds.
Own energy system produces cheap heating of pool and spa.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
