On the lawn in front of the house is plenty of space to play and romp. From the living room you enter the pool area with a whirlpool for two, a sauna and a separate shower. In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine and dryer. The house is furnished with three bedrooms with double beds. In the largest room there is also a bunk bed. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room. The house is heated with solar energy.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
