It contains a nice open kitchen-living area, located in the middle of the house, which automatically becomes a gathering place around the cozy fireplace. The activity room is located next to the living room. The pool room is equipped with pool, whirlpool and sauna. On the beautiful terraces you can relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest. On balmy summer evenings you can light the grill and prepare delicious meals. The advance payment for the final cleaning is paid in cash in the house together with the cost of consumption. Bed linen, towels, crib and high chair can be rented directly in the service office.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
