At Grenå beach, which is one of the best bathing beaches on the east coast, you have this vacation home and its large property. The interior is bright and friendly, there are nice bedrooms and a good bathroom. From the kitchen-living room you step onto the terrace, on it you will relax to the fullest. In the dunes you will find warm depressions to relax and warm up after a swim in the refreshing Baltic Sea. 5 minutes by car from the house is Grenaa for shopping and a beautiful church to visit. The harbor is lively in the summer, here is also the interesting Kattegatcenter.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
