Holiday home with pool on the private island of Albarella, south of Venice. Particularly suitable for families with children and teenagers thanks to the many activities on offer. A wide range of sporting activities such as 18-hole golf course, tennis, horse riding, archery, minigolf, bowling, aerobics, jogging, skating, basketball, volleyball, tennis, football, table tennis, beach volleyball, beach tennis, beach football, aquagym, swimming, outdoor gymnastics, sailing, windsurfing, fishing and deep-sea fishing. Cars are not allowed on the island. A small electric train is also available during the day. The pictures are only examples.
Note: Camper vans, caravans and motorbikes are not permitted on the island. They can be parked in the car parks at the entrance.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
