Layout of this child friendly holiday villa

The villa is spread over three floors: the basement level, the ground floor and the first floor.

Basement

• Spacious utility room, ideal for storing coats, shoes and beach equipment.
• Two double bedrooms with comfortable beds (160 × 200 cm), one of which has an ensuite shower.
• Large recreation room, perfect for relaxing, playing games or watching television.
• Storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Ground floor

• Entrance hall with wardrobe and guest toilet.
• Spacious living room with a large lounge sofa, flat screen television and a cosy wood burning stove.
• Modern open plan kitchen with cooking island and high quality appliances.
• Large dining table for enjoying meals together.
• Ground floor double bedroom with a luxury bed (160 × 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double rain shower, washbasin and toilet.

First floor

• Two luxurious double bedrooms, both equipped with electrically adjustable beds:
  • one extra large bed (200 × 200 cm)
  • one double bed (180 × 200 cm)
• Bathroom with shower and washbasin.
• Separate toilet on the landing.
• Study with a desk, which can also be used as an additional sleeping room by placing a travel cot for children up to 3 years old.

The villa is largely equipped with underfloor heating. The first floor and all bathrooms also have electric radiators for additional comfort.

Bathrooms

The villa offers four shower facilities.

• Ground floor: Ensuite bathroom with a double rain shower, washbasin and toilet.
• First floor: Bathroom with shower and washbasin, plus a separate toilet on the landing.
• Basement: Separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as an additional ensuite shower in one of the bedrooms.

Outdoor area

Surrounding the villa are several terraces and comfortable seating areas where you can:

• relax in the sun,
• read a good book,
• enjoy the beautiful views of the dunes, or
• let the children play on the wooden swing.

A large outdoor dining table provides the perfect setting for long lunches and cosy dinners outside.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
